I love pancakes, and this recipe takes the classic pancake and adds an extra twist to it. Of course you can make these without the blueberries for great regular pancakes, and feel free to use any toppings you like.
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups self raising flour 1 ¾ cups milk 40g melted butter 1 egg ½ tsp vanilla essence or extract ½ cup blueberries Your choice of toppings
