How To Make Cheese And Bacon Rolls:

Learn how to make delicious home made cheese and bacon rolls with this simple recipe. These are one of my favourites to pick up at the local bakery, but they are so much fresher and tastier when made at home.

Ingredients (makes 4):
270g plain flour
130ml water
½ beaten egg
1 tbs melted butter or olive oil
1 tbs sugar
Pinch of salt
1 ½ tsp dried yeast
Top with diced bacon and grated cheddar cheese
