How To Make Chocolate Brownies :

Brownies are a favorite all over the world. Today I show you have to make great basic brownies with my simple recipe. Please note I've made these without walnuts as they're for someone with a nut allergy, but definitely add in ¾ cup of chopped walnuts if you like. Give it a go!



Ingredients:

200g dark cooking chocolate
180g butter
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
¾ cup chopped walnuts (not used in video, but add them if you like)
¾ cup plain flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
