How To Make Fettuccine Carbonara:

Carbonara is one of my all-time favorite pasta dishes. Today I show you how to make a delicious Carbonara with my simple recipe. This recipe takes on a more traditional approach by not adding cream, but you can add a little cream if you like, or substitute bacon for the pancetta, although I highly recommend using pancetta if available. Give it a go!


Ingredients (serves 2):

180g dried Fettuccine (use any pasta you like)
70g chopped pancetta or bacon
¾ cup finely grated parmesan cheese (lighly packed, use pecorino if available)
2 eggs
½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
2 tsp olive oil
No salt needed due to cheese and pancetta being salty.
