How To Post A Blog On Blogger :
Step 1: First Login to your blogger account (www.blogger.com),
Once you've logged into Blogger you'll see you're Dashboard,
under Dashboard you can see list of blogs you created . Click the orange pencil
icon to create a new post
Step 2: it will open the editor, give your post title and
enter post body
Publish: To publish your post, once if you click on this
button your post goes to live
Preview: this will open a new tab in your browser where you
can see how your post looks like on your blog
Save: To Save your post
Labels: Labels are used to categorize
your posts. When you are writing a post, click Labels on the right side and enter the labels you like and
separate the labels with comma
Schedule: to schedule your post publishing time
Permalink: when your
write a post in blogger, blogger automatically generates URL (permalink) for
your post based on post title, if you want to set custom URL select custom
permalink and enter your URL 
Click On Done Button
Location: To set location in google map
Options :
Finally click on publish button to publish your post, to
view your post click on view blog button
