How To Make Mac And Cheese With Pepper Bacon:

Macaroni and cheese has been a favorite of mine all my life. Today I show you how to make sensational mac n cheese at home with my easy recipe. I've also added some peppered bacon piece to give it some extra flavour, of course leave this out if you like, but add a little salt to taste if you do. Give it a go!

Ingredients: (makes a 5 cup baking dish)

1 ¼ cups dried macaroni, cooked (makes up about 4 cups worth)
30g butter
2 tbs flour (makes a thick sauce, halve this if you want a runnier sauce)
1 cup milk
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
100g bacon
1-2 tsp pepper
2 tbs olive oil
1 cup panko bread crumbs
